Ryan McDow has over 15 years in the talent acquisition industry before making the transition into the field of environmental, health, and safety. He specialized in placing health and safety professionals as well as other roles including operations, engineering, and logistics.

He made the transition into Health and Safety after completing a Master’s Degree in Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University. Ryan currently holds a Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) and is a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) as well as a Specialist in Safety and Health (SSH) through the OSHA outreach program at UTA.

Ryan’s experience includes:

• Safety Audits and Inspections: Ryan has conducted numerous safety audits and inspections on construction sites, identifying potential hazards and recommending solutions to mitigate risks.

• Safety Training: Ryan has developed and delivered a wide range of safety training programs to help construction employees understand the importance of safety and how to work safely on the job.

• Human Resources Management: Ryan has experience in recruiting, employee retention and development, legal compliance, and investigating workplace conflicts.
